The Sovereign ZTSM Solution
1. The PoCE Hash Chain
At the core of cross-node verification is the Proof of Correct Execution (PoCE) framework. It provides an irrefutable, cryptographic hash chain proving that an application correctly traversed all required governance and business logic stages.
- The Step Hash: Each execution step is hashed using
SHA256(session_id | step_index | stage_id | prev_hash | input_hash | output_hash). - The GPR: The chain is sealed into a Governance Path Receipt (GPR) with a mathematically anchored root hash.
2. Data Tampering Prevention
When a node generates a high-stakes trade contract, it passes the data through the PoCE flow. The payload is hashed, and this hash(payload) is baked into the step hashes. When the receiving node gets the data, it independently hashes the payload. If the hash doesn't match the GPR signature, the transaction is immediately rejected.
3. The Authority Cryptographic Gate
When an external Governance Authority (e.g., a Customs Office) approves data, they issue a Session Token. This token embeds the trace's chain_head and the hash(payload), and is signed by the Authority's private key. The receiving node extracts this token from the PoCE trace and mathematically verifies it against the Authority's public ledger, proving exact payload approval.
4. Federation Quorum
For the highest tier trades, two-party trust is insufficient. When an execution finalizes, peer nodes across the NATS mesh act as independent witnesses. They verify the PoCE chain and the Authority's Session Token, signing a Witness Attestation. The receiving node ensures that a quorum of highly reputable peers have signed off before accepting the transaction.
